We want you and your pets to be happy with your Joy Pet Products purchases and your shopping experience.
Exchanges and returns are accepted within fourteen days from the date of your order. We can not accept returns after that time. Shipping costs are not refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on close out merchandise, sale items, personalized or photo items or other items noted as a special clearance on our site.
If you need to exchange an item for another color, size or different item, please place a new order for the new item and indicate in the comments section what you’ll be returning from the previous order. Then follow the return instructions to send items back to us. You’ll receive your new item much more quickly and this helps us keep our inventory up to date.
Please call or email to let us know you need to return an item. We will give you an authorization mumber which will allow us to expect your return and issue a credit more quickly. Completely fill out the packing slip included with your order including credit card information. All returns must be shipped via USPS (insurance suggested) in original boxes or similar hard sided packaging. All tags must be attached with items and packaging in new condition to be accepted for return. Items sent in envelopes, ready post soft sided mailers are frequently damaged in transit and can not be accepted for return. USPS provides Priority Mail boxes at no charge and is generally the quickest most economical method of shipping for our items. If we receive a return that is not in new condition (tags missing, dog hair, dirt, odors or other signs of wear) no refund will be issued.
